PA6-CF20 is our highest-stiffness nylon composite. With 20% carbon fiber loading, it achieves an HDT of 215°C and flexural modulus of 8,636 MPa — rivaling aluminum in stiffness-to-weight ratio. Essential for metal replacement jigs, engine bay components, and structural end-use parts. Requires hardened steel nozzle and filament drying.
