PPS-CF pushes FDM into aerospace and chemical processing territory. Inherently flame retardant (UL94 V-0) without additives. Resistant to virtually all solvents below 200°C. Applications: aerospace interiors, chemical processing equipment, semiconductor tooling, and high-voltage insulators. Requires industrial printer with 70°C+ heated chamber.
